PHILANTHROPY
Formal or informal, financial or hands-on, giving back is woven into the fabric of our being. It’s in our DNA.

Our dedication to community engagement is a core part of who we are. Our founder, Dulshan, embodies this commitment through active participation in initiatives that construct homes for the underprivileged and provide university scholarships in Sri Lanka. We extend this spirit of giving through key partnerships and programs, such as supporting the Ronald McDonald House in their mission to comfort families, contributing to the Clontarf Foundation to improve the education and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men, and participating in the Foodbank's School Breakfast Program to ensure no child starts their day hungry. For us, giving back isn’t just an activity, it's woven into our DNA.
Building Homes and Hope in Sri Lanka
In collaboration with local organizations and volunteers, Just Focus Cleaning has successfully completed numerous housing projects across various regions in Sri Lanka. These projects are not just about providing shelter but also about restoring dignity and hope to families who have faced hardship and instability. Each home is constructed with careful consideration to sustainability and local architectural practices, ensuring they are both environmentally friendly and culturally appropriate.
The company's dedication to this cause has transformed the lives of many, offering a stable foundation for better living conditions, improved health, and educational opportunities for children. Through these projects, Just Focus Cleaning not only builds houses but also fosters a sense of community and belonging, making a lasting impact on Sri Lankan society.
Supporting Maternal Health in Low-Income Earning Families
Just Focus Cleaning extends its community support initiatives in Sri Lanka to include distributing essentials to low-income families, particularly focusing on pregnant women. Understanding the unique needs and vulnerabilities of expecting mothers, the company provides essential items such as nutritious food, prenatal vitamins, hygiene products, and baby care supplies.
These distributions aim to ensure the health and well-being of both the mothers and their unborn children, addressing critical gaps in access to necessary resources. By supporting pregnant women in underserved communities, Just Focus Cleaning helps to promote healthier pregnancies and better outcomes for both mothers and infants, reflecting their deep commitment to holistic community care and maternal health in Sri Lanka.
Building Futures through Education
The educational support programs by Just Focus Cleaning also embody a long-term vision for community development. By providing books, stationery and other school related accessories such as backpacks, and shoes, they address the fundamental needs of schoolchildren, ensuring that lack of resources does not hinder their educational pursuits.
This initiative is transformative, as it directly contributes to improved academic performance, higher attendance rates, and increased motivation among students. The company’s efforts are not limited to one-off distributions; they regularly monitor and follow up with schools to assess the impact and identify further needs. This sustained engagement underscores their commitment to making a lasting difference. Through these comprehensive support systems, Just Focus Cleaning not only enhances the immediate quality of life for many children but also invests in the future of Sri Lanka, nurturing a generation of educated, empowered, and hopeful individuals.
Bolstering Healthcare during COVID-19 pandemic in Sri Lanka

The company recognized the immense strain on healthcare facilities and responded by donating critical items such as personal protective equipment (PPE), sanitizers, medical masks, gloves, and other necessary supplies to hospitals and healthcare workers.
This initiative was crucial in bolstering the healthcare system's capacity to manage the crisis and protect frontline workers. By ensuring that hospitals had access to these essential supplies, Just Focus Cleaning contributed significantly to the safety and well-being of both healthcare professionals and patients during a time of unprecedented challenge
Nourishing Communities via Food Distribution Programs in Sri Lanka
Just Focus Cleaning has made a significant impact in Sri Lanka through its food runs and distribution of essential packages to low-income families. By regularly organizing food distribution drives, the company provides crucial dry rations such as rice, lentils, cooking oil, and canned goods to those struggling with food insecurity.
These efforts ensure that underprivileged communities have access to necessary nutrition, alleviating immediate hunger and allowing families to focus on other critical needs like healthcare and education. Breakfast Support Programs
Food insecurity in Australia significantly affects vulnerable populations, impacting their nutrition, health, and behavior. Inadequate nutrition can hinder children's learning and contribute to negative behaviors, with broader societal impacts.
Just Focus’s involvement with Foodbank demonstrates a commitment to addressing this issue by improving access to nutritious food, thereby supporting community well-being and fostering resilience. Such initiatives not only provide immediate relief but also promote long-term health and social cohesion, showcasing the importance of community engagement and partnerships in tackling food insecurity.
Ronald McDonald House Charities
We recently supported Ronald McDonald House Charities in South East Queensland by providing food for over 100 residents. This contribution ensured that families staying at the house have access to nutritious meals during their challenging times.
Additionally, we have offered gym access to parents staying at the Ronald McDonald House, allowing them to maintain their physical health and mental well-being. By giving them a space to unwind and exercise, we hope to offer some respite from the stress they face. Our efforts reflect our commitment to making a positive impact in the community through practical and heartfelt support.
